Do I have to pay to attend a MOHE workshop?
YES.
The $10 payment* covers your place at the workshop, workshop information booklet, project work pack, unlimited Minister's one to one assistance and a surprise gift. However, MOHE don't pocket a penny and 100% goes towards MOHE Mutt&Moggy, which represents MOHE's monthly charitable donation to the Sydney Dogs and Cats home.

Do I have to book?
YES.
1. You need to book a place with the MOHE Ministers by either texting 0479 030 260 or e-mail littleconsortium@gmail.com. Please provide your name, e-mail address, if you will be eating at the venue and how you heard about us.
The $10 workshop fee is payable on the day, however if you cancel without providing 7 days notice then we still expect you to make payment for two reasons;
Firstly, an instruction booklet, work pack and surprise gift will have already been created/purchased for you at the Minister's personal expense.
Secondly, the $10 is a donation to charity which we would expect you to honour.

2. Priority seating (on the sofa's) will be given to those members ordering food. If you are dining at the venue then you may select from the bar menu on the day or book an afternoon high tea 48 hours in advance with the hotel.

Will I get a seat on the comfortable sofas if I book?
The first 10 individuals to book will guarantee a place on the sofa. The sofas are generous and designed to fit 3 individuals, so if you are prepared to share with 2 others, you can squeeze on (thus creating an additional 5 seats on the soafs).
The next 8 individuals to book will guarantee a comfortable armchair seat surrounding a table.
The remaining 6 will be on equally comfortable carver dining chairs at high tables.

How many constituents will be at the workshop?
The maximum group size is 25. If you are unlucky enough to miss out on the workshop, then as long as you were one of 10 who booked before the 2nd Sunday of the month the Minister's will be happy to run the workshop the following Sunday (3rd Sunday of the month). An additional workshop cannot be run for less than 10 members. MOHE will let you know how many additional individuals over the original 25 booked and you are welcome to invite others to make up the minimum number (10).
If I don't want to order drinks or food, can I still stay for the duration of the preview and the workshop?
There is no expectation of you to order food or drink from 10am till 12 noon. However after 12noon, the venue begins serving it's afternoon high tea's that have been pre booked by both MOHE constituents and other venue guests. As the venue is operating as a business, the seats are only available to individuals who have booked an afternoon high tea or ordered lunch before 11.30am from the bar menu.
Will the Sunday workshop be finished by 12noon?
The outline of the workshop and a number of techniques and skills will have been presented by 12noon. Although there will continue to be further techniques demonstrated after this time, as well as one to one support for members creating their work pack project, ideas for extension projects and example pieces handed around.

Both Minister's have teaching in their career history (Art & Design and Design & Technology) and are therefore able to offer you an experience that has been tailor made for the inventive crafter. Whether you are a beginner or established crafter with oodles of experience we guarantee you a learning experience that will add to your craft vocabulary.

I'd rather drive, can I park my car close by?
The Sir Stamford Hotel at Circular Quay has a car park underneath the building. You can park on the Sunday for a flat fee of $25. Please make sure you get your car park ticket endorsed BEFORE you leave the venue and return to your car, showing the receipt for your meal or drinks.
